We are “Right Sized" A smaller conference that includes key US and International Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry Customer Service Professionals.  The networking opportunities are with the RIGHT and LIKE people - Customer Service Professionals in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry who face the same challenges that you do!

 

Industry Benchmarking We have established a Benchmarking Chair/Committee to coordinate benchmarking opportunities based on the feedback from you, the member, through the Regional Focus Groups.  We will collect and report results and key metrics to our members at no cost.

 

Regional Focus Groups We will offer interactive and ongoing Benchmarking and Best Practice comparisons through the activities of the Nationwide Regional Focus Groups, comprised of volunteer key managers in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries.  These groups are meeting regularly to solicit and bring issues/methodologies and concerns of member companies to our Benchmarking Chair for inclusion in conferences and publications.  We invite you to network with these folks, take away valuable information, and if time permits, participate with a group from your area.

 

Conference Costs There is a 40 – 50% savings for three days of breakouts and networking vs. the $1,500 - $1,800 or more for other conferences which may include a blended audience from many diverse and unrelated industries
