| Potters Beads |
President
of Potters will host a luncheon at a local restaurant on Wednesday;
those in CS receive a few gifts throughout the week thanking them
for service.

All week we have snacks and food platters like fruit
and cheese, veggies and dip, Philly Pretzel Factory and other stuff.
I leave lottery scratch off tickets under key board
We have a different game all week like cross words,
word scrambles, who am I and we are doing a customer word scramble this
year. At the end of each day I review the submissions and whoever
has the most right, gets a prize. If there is a tie, I have someone
draw the winner. Normally a nice gift card.
At the end of the week we have people enter a contest and this year it is
“CUPCAKE WARS” - the winner of this gets a gift card and the
rest of the division comes over tastes and votes!
We are also doing a commitment board this year.
I have reached out to the division asking them to quote what their
commitment is to the company- If they submit one, we post it and they get
put in for a drawing.
My Reps and I go out for a nice day of shopping in
Peddlers Village and then Dinner in New Hope. (Keep in mind I have 2
Reps)

This year, still in the
planning phase. Last year was
low key with a pizza lunch and lottery tickets under the reps’ keyboards
– that was fun, as they did not know the lottery tickets were there, and
Ellen synced up an e-mail to go out at a specific time so that our two
satellite offices in Spokane, WA and Richmond, VA received the e-mails at
the same time that we did and everyone got to “scratch off’ together
virtually. Some people then responded via e-mail if they won anything.

Advanced Materials |

A sampling of prototypes of products made by our customers containing
ingredients that are made by Lubrizol Advanced Materials. The
applications for these products are in the personal care market.
Examples are children’s conditioning shampoo, beaded clear
antioxidant body wash, hair styling gel, and men’s facial lotion.
These will be presented in clear plastic zipped bags which can be
reused as travel or toiletry containers.

A personalized thank you card with a message from the Customer Service
Manager and the CSR's immediate Supervisor, signed by both of us.

Each
morning there will be a gift on the desk of each CSR. 5 gifts,
- cashmere Scarf, A business tote briefcase for
the ladies, Columbia fishing shirt for the guys, mini mag lites, and wind
proof umbrellas. On the final day we have a drawing in the dept for
some Amex gift checks of various amounts. (everybody draws
something).
Each
morning there will be a service themed email sent to invite all
other departments to stop in to the Customer Service Center to enjoy
bagels, pastries, fruit, and visit with the CSR's.
The finale on Friday is a catered barbeque lunch for the
entire company in a conference center here at our site, with Ribs, pulled
pork, beef brisket, and all the trimmings.

We celebrate a “World Food Day” as part of our Diversity
and Inclusion objectives. Light refreshments are provided during the
week and there is usually an organization where we would donate items to,
to support a local organization |
